VALUES

Relevant

WE BELIEVE in God the Father, the Creator of all things.

WE BELIEVE "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that                                          whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" as                                  according to St. John 3:16.

WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is that Son of God, and He did die, and on the third day arose

to sit on the right hand of the Father in Heaven.

WE BELIEVE Jesus prayed to His Father to send the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, that

He might be the hearts of every man.

WE BELIEVE in the Words and Doctrine of Jesus Christ as written in the Gospel saying

"...Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, with all

thy mind, thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law

                       and the prophets."

WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the written Word of God to man and for man.

COMMUNION

The word “communion” is applied by the Apostle Paul to be an ordinance of the New Testament which was instituted by the Savior the night of His apprehension, which ordinance is also called, “The Lord’s Supper” (1 Corinthians 10:16).  The account of the institution of this ordinance has been handed down to us by four of the inspired writers. (Matthew 26:26-28; Mark 14:22-24; Luke 22:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-29), and he tells us that Matthew was an eyewitness.  Paul testifies that he had received his information from the Lord (1 Corinthians 11:23).

BAPTISM

We believe in water baptism through immersion.  We baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost in Jesus name, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19; and as the Apostle Peter instructed in Acts 2:38.

BLESSING OF LITTLE CHILDREN: CHRISTENING

We believe that we should give our children to the Lord in their infancy, according to Mark 10:13-16.
